Net Zero produced Final BER Certificates and Part L Reports for the 107 new apartments across two blocks. We carried out provisional BER assessments in the early stages of the project, advising on any changes required to comply with the Part L regulations. On completion of the works, we published Final BER Certificates as well as NEAP Part L reports.
